As the Golive R&D team, we developed an impressive chatbot solution for SAP, one of the most used software platforms by companies and customers, based on this need.
Chatbot Basic Components:
- Security and Authentication: Our system allows users to log in securely with their email and password information. When incorrect information is entered, users are automatically warned to provide correct information.
- Language Translation Feature: The chatbot we developed can easily be used on international platforms by instantly translating incoming messages into English.

- Feedback System: Users can give feedback on the answers given by the chatbot. Thanks to this feedback, we can constantly improve our system.
- E-mail Integration: Users can receive the chat they had via the chatbot as an e-mail in PDF format.

As the Golive R&D team, we benefited from a number of resources specific to the SAP platform while developing this project. These are: and
- “https://answers.sap.com”: SAP's own Q&A forum. Here are question-answer pairs with up-to-date and validated answers that may be useful.
- “https://help.sap.com”: The site where SAP official help documents are located. Documentation on many modules from here.
- “blogs.sap.com”: The site containing content created by the SAP community. Blog posts containing detailed information according to subject headings.
These resources are critical for creating the chatbot's database and providing the most accurate and effective answers to users' questions. While developing the project, we increased the learning and response capacity of the chatbot with the information we obtained from these sites.
How does it work?
When users send a question or request to the Chatbot, our system analyzes the message and provides the most appropriate response. Meanwhile, the chatbot collects information from many sources and provides the most accurate and effective answer to the user.
